The ordering process was pretty straight forward & simple. Searching for tires on the other hand was a bit more complicated, as the search filters didn't work so well. Shipping was fast, but there was a typo on the shipping label that caused a delay. This is what necessitated the call to customer service to correct that. Nothing bad, as we're only human, but was easily fixed with the phone call.

These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Could not find the part I was looking for at any other 4x4 website. Found it here and it was cheaper than almost every other place. Since I saved some I went ahead and paid the extra for 2-day shipping and still came out on top price wise. Definitely will be checking here again for parts for my Jeep!
