ARP 150-6025 Cylinder Head Fasteners - 8740 Chrome Moly Head Bolts

ARP 150-6025 cylinder head fasteners are engineered to provide superior clamping force and reliability for high-performance engine builds. These head bolts are manufactured from 8740 chrome moly steel, a proven material that delivers tensile strengths between 180,000 and 210,000 psi when properly heat-treated. Each fastener is forged in-house at ARP using premium quality materials and undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process to ensure consistent performance under extreme cylinder pressures.

Key Features:

• Constructed from 8740 chrome moly steel for excellent strength and fatigue resistance
• Forged in-house using only the finest quality materials for consistent metallurgy
• Heat-treated using special vertical racks to ensure complete 360-degree penetration
• Threads rolled after heat-treat to provide up to 10 times longer fatigue life
• Precision CNC-machined to exacting specifications for proper fit and function
• Each bolt proudly stamped with the ARP name as assurance of quality

ARP fasteners are the choice of professional engine builders and racers who demand the highest level of reliability. The post-heat-treat thread rolling process creates a smoother, stronger thread form that significantly improves fatigue strength compared to cut threads. This manufacturing attention to detail ensures these cylinder head fasteners will maintain proper clamping force through countless heat cycles and high-stress operating conditions.
