The Supertech Performance NIVN-1007-VE is a high-performance intake valve engineered with over 20 years of manufacturing expertise. Designed through intensive testing and collaboration with professional engine builders, this valve delivers exceptional flow rates, durability, and reliability for demanding applications.

Construction and Materials:

  • One-piece forged stainless steel construction for maximum strength and reliability
  • Manufactured from premium EV8 (21-4N) stainless alloy with application-specific heat treatment
  • Precision-engineered valve stem and head geometry for optimal flow characteristics

Surface Treatment Options:

  • Chrome Coating: Widely used performance coating that provides excellent wear resistance and durability
  • Black Nitride: Advanced hardening treatment that creates a smoother surface than chrome, reducing friction between the valve stem and guide while extending service life

Application Notes:

Supertech offers valves in various materials to meet specific engine requirements. For extreme high-temperature exhaust applications such as turbocharged or supercharged engines, Inconel 751 nickel-base alloy valves are available separately. This valve is sold individually—when ordering for an engine requiring 16 valves, select a quantity of 16.

Ordered the PUTCO RED Blade LED Light Bar PN 92010-60 for my 2018 Ford Raptor w/802A. Package came via FedEx with no damage, packaged well. Installation instructions were in the package but they were not the most current that covers install on 2015-Current Ford F150 and 2017-Current Ford Super-Duty Trucks. The updated instructions can be found here: https://www.putco.com/blade-led-light-bar-60 click on "Product Downloads" below the pictures and select "Installation instructions - For FORD Trucks equipped with BLIS (Blind Spot Information System)".
