HPS Performance Products Silicone Oil Resistant Hose

The HPS Performance Products Silicone Oil Resistant Hose is an FKM-lined, reinforced silicone hose. It is also called FKM lined silicone hose, Viton-lined hose, or fluorosilicone-style oil and fuel line. It has a fluoroelastomer (FKM) liner inside HPS silicone hose construction. This helps the hose stand up to the fuels, oils, and chemicals that can break down standard silicone hose.

Key Features:

• FKM fluoroelastomer liner: Resists gasoline, diesel, many automotive oils, synthetic hydraulic fluids, greases, aromatics, and many organic solvents and chemicals.
• Polyester reinforcement: Reinforced silicone construction gives flexibility and tensile strength.
• High-temperature capability: Rated for a wide operating range, from -65°F to 350°F.
• UV and ozone resistant: The hose is made for long service life in engine bay conditions.
• Low gas permeability: This makes it a good choice for automotive, aerospace, and industrial use.

Common Applications:

• Fuel return and fuel ventilation lines
• Oil ventilation and breather lines
• Turbo oil return lines
• Power steering return lines

This hose line suits builders and tuners who need a flexible, heat-tolerant, oil-resistant hose for low-pressure fluid-handling lines.
