HPS Performance Products FKM-087-BLK Silicone Oil Resistant Hose ID - 7/8 Black

The HPS Performance Products FKM-087-BLK is a high-performance silicone hose with an FKM (fluoroelastomer) liner designed for superior resistance to oil, fuel, and high temperatures. This 1-ply reinforced hose features a 7/8-inch inner diameter and is engineered for demanding automotive and powersports applications where standard silicone hoses cannot withstand exposure to petroleum products.

Key Features:

• FKM liner provides excellent resistance to high temperatures, ozone, oxygen, and UV exposure
• Superior resistance to mineral oil, synthetic hydraulic fluids, fuels, aromatics, and many organic solvents
• 7/8-inch (22mm) inner diameter for versatile fitment
• Single-ply reinforced construction balances flexibility with durability
• Black finish for a clean, professional appearance

Recommended Applications:

• Fuel return lines
• Fuel ventilation systems
• Crankcase ventilation (PCV systems)
• Turbo oil return lines
• Power steering return lines

Important Usage Notes:

• Not designed for continuous flow of alcohol-based fuels (E85, methanol)
• Not suitable for applications where hose is fully submerged in fuel
• Ideal for return lines and ventilation where fuel exposure is intermittent or vapor-based

This FKM-lined silicone hose offers the high-temperature tolerance and flexibility of premium silicone combined with the fuel and oil resistance of fluoroelastomer technology, making it an excellent choice for performance engine builds and custom fuel system applications.
