Product Details

The COMP Cams 42140522816 is a Hi-Tech pushrod set engineered for high-performance and racing engine applications. Manufactured from seamless, aircraft-quality chromoly steel tubing, these pushrods deliver the rigidity and durability needed to maintain precise valvetrain geometry under high-lift, high-RPM operating conditions.

Key Features:

  • 5/16" diameter chromoly steel construction for exceptional strength-to-weight ratio
  • 0.080" wall thickness provides added rigidity to resist flex and deflection at elevated RPM
  • Precision-ground ball ends ensure consistent rocker arm and lifter contact
  • Designed to maintain accurate pushrod geometry under high spring pressure loads
  • Compatible with both hydraulic and solid flat-tappet and roller camshaft applications
  • Heat-treated for superior wear resistance and long service life
  • Sold as a complete set

COMP Cams Hi-Tech pushrods are a proven upgrade over factory steel pushrods, reducing valvetrain flex and improving overall engine performance and reliability. These pushrods are an ideal choice for street performance, street/strip, and competition builds requiring precise valvetrain control.
