COMP Cams 42140518901 Hi-Tech Chromoly Pushrod Set 5/16 in. Diameter 8.518 in. Length

The COMP Cams 42140518901 is a Hi-Tech performance pushrod set engineered for hardcore street performance and race engine applications. Built from seamless chromemoly tubing with a .080" wall thickness, these pushrods deliver exceptional rigidity and durability under high-RPM valve train loads.

Key Features:

• 5/16" diameter seamless chromemoly construction for superior strength-to-weight ratio
• One-piece design from .080" wall seamless chromemoly tubing for maximum strength and durability
• Precision-formed ends provide added thickness in the critical tip area while maintaining constant wall thickness and concentricity
• Cryo-treated for enhanced compatibility with guide plates and maximum long-term strength
• OD-ground for dimensional consistency across the entire set
• Black oxide finish with length and part number laser-etched on the OD for easy identification

COMP Cams Hi-Tech Pushrods are designed with the understanding that pushrod frequency must match the rest of the valve train components as well as the engine's operating RPM range. This precision engineering makes the 42140518901 an ideal upgrade for performance street and race builds requiring reliable, consistent valve train geometry.
