COMP Cams 42140517301 Hi-Tech Chromoly Pushrods

The COMP Cams 42140517301 Hi-Tech Pushrods are precision-engineered valvetrain components built for hardcore street performance and demanding race applications. Constructed from seamless chromoly tubing with an .080" wall thickness, these pushrods deliver the strength and rigidity needed to maintain valvetrain stability at high RPM.

Key Features:

• One-piece seamless chromoly construction — .080" wall tubing for maximum strength and durability
• Precision-formed ends — added thickness in the critical tip area maintains constant wall thickness and concentricity
• 5/16" diameter — sized for high-performance and race engine applications
• Cryo-treated — ensures compatibility with guide plates and maximizes overall strength
• OD-ground finish — ensures consistency across the full set
• Black oxide finish — with length and part number laser-etched on the OD for easy identification

COMP Cams Hi-Tech Pushrods are engineered with the understanding that pushrod frequency must match the rest of the valvetrain components and the RPM range of the engine. This design philosophy results in reduced valvetrain harmonics, improved reliability, and consistent performance under the most demanding conditions.
