COMP Cams 42140516701 CCA Chrome-Moly Pushrods Diameter Engine Push Rod - 5/16

The COMP Cams 42140516701 CCA pushrods are precision-engineered chrome-moly steel pushrods designed for high-performance and racing engine applications. Manufactured from seamless 4130 chrome-moly steel tubing, these pushrods deliver superior strength and rigidity compared to standard OEM pushrods, helping maintain valvetrain geometry and stability under aggressive cam profiles and high-RPM operation.

Key Features:

• Material: Seamless 4130 chrome-moly steel construction for maximum strength-to-weight ratio
• Diameter: 5/16" for precise fitment in applicable cylinder heads and rocker arms
• Heat-treated ends: Hardened ball and cup ends resist wear and extend service life
• Precision length: Manufactured to tight tolerances to ensure proper valvetrain geometry
• High-RPM capable: Engineered to resist flex and deflection under high-lift, high-RPM conditions
• Compatible with COMP Cams camshafts, lifters, and rocker arms for a complete valvetrain system

COMP Cams CCA pushrods are ideal for performance street, strip, and racing builds where stock pushrods are insufficient. Proper pushrod length is critical to achieving correct rocker arm geometry — COMP Cams recommends verifying pushrod length with a checking pushrod prior to final installation.
