COMP Cams 42140512201 Hi-Tech 5/16" x 12.200" Chromemoly Pushrod Set

Built from seamless chromemoly tubing with a .080" wall thickness, these pushrods deliver the rigidity and harmonic characteristics demanded by high-output valve trains.

COMP Cams' engineering team determined that pushrod frequency must be tuned to match the rest of the valve train components and the RPM range of the engine — not simply built to avoid bending or failure. The Hi-Tech series is the result of that research, offering precision-matched pushrods for serious builds.

Key Features:

• One-piece construction from .080" wall seamless chromemoly tubing for maximum strength and rigidity
• Precision-formed ends with added tip-area thickness for strength while maintaining constant wall thickness and concentricity
• Heat-treated for compatibility with guide plates and for maximum durability under high spring pressures
• OD-ground for dimensional consistency across every pushrod in the set
• Black oxide finish for corrosion resistance
• Length and part number laser-etched on the OD for easy identification
• 5/16" diameter — 12.200" length

The COMP Cams Hi-Tech pushrod series is the ideal choice when building a high-performance or race engine where valve train geometry and component harmonics are critical to performance and longevity.
