COMP Cams 42030514101 Hi-Tech Chromoly Pushrod 5/16 in. Diameter

Built from seamless chromemoly tubing with an .080" wall thickness, these pushrods deliver exceptional rigidity and fatigue resistance under high-RPM, high-spring-pressure conditions.

Key Features:

• One-piece seamless chromemoly construction — .080" wall tubing for maximum strength and durability
• 5/16" diameter — engineered for precise valvetrain geometry in compatible applications
• Precision-formed ends — added material thickness in the critical tip area maintains constant wall concentricity
• Heat-treated finish — ensures compatibility with guide plates and maximizes overall strength
• OD-ground for consistency — black oxide finish with length and part number laser-etched on the OD for easy identification

COMP Cams Hi-Tech pushrods are designed around the understanding that pushrod frequency must match the rest of the valvetrain components and the RPM range of the engine — not simply be strong enough to avoid failure. The result is a pushrod that promotes stable, consistent valve motion for improved power and long-term reliability. Part number 42030514101 is the correct choice when correct valvetrain geometry and maximum durability are the priority.
