COMP Cams 42030513401 Hi-Tech Chromoly Pushrods 5/16 in. Diameter 8.550 in. Length

The COMP Cams 42030513401 Hi-Tech Pushrods are precision-engineered, high-performance pushrods designed for hardcore street performance and race engine applications. Built from seamless chromemoly tubing with an .080" wall thickness, these pushrods deliver exceptional strength and durability under demanding conditions.

COMP Cams engineers determined that a pushrod must do more than simply resist bending or failure — its harmonic frequency must be properly matched to the rest of the valvetrain and the engine's operating RPM range. The Hi-Tech series is designed with this principle in mind, making it the ideal choice for high-revving performance and race builds.

Key Features:

• One-piece seamless chromemoly construction with .080" wall thickness for superior rigidity and durability
• 5/16 in. diameter with precision-formed ends that add material thickness in the critical tip area
• 8.550 in. length for precise valvetrain geometry
• Heat-treated for maximum strength and compatibility with guide plates
• OD-ground for dimensional consistency and concentricity
• Black oxide finish for corrosion resistance
• Laser-etched length and part number on OD for easy identification

COMP Cams Hi-Tech Pushrods are the go-to valvetrain component for builders who demand precision and reliability in every rev. Compatible with guide plate applications and engineered to complement high-performance camshaft and rocker arm combinations.
