COMP Cams 42030510101 Hi-Tech Chromoly Pushrods

The COMP Cams 42030510101 Hi-Tech Pushrods are precision-engineered performance pushrods built for hardcore street performance and race engine applications. Designed to deliver superior valvetrain stability, these pushrods are a critical upgrade for engines operating at elevated RPM where pushrod frequency and rigidity directly impact power output and reliability.

Key Features:

• One-piece seamless chromemoly construction — .080" wall tubing for maximum strength and durability
• Precision-formed ends — added thickness in the critical tip area maintains constant wall thickness and concentricity
• Cryo-treated and heat-treated — ensures compatibility with guide plates and optimizes hardness for maximum longevity
• OD-ground finish — consistent outer diameter for accurate fit and smooth operation
• Black oxide finish — corrosion-resistant coating with length and part number laser-etched on the OD for easy identification

COMP Cams Hi-Tech Pushrods are engineered with the understanding that pushrod frequency must match all other valvetrain components as well as the engine's target RPM range. This design philosophy ensures optimal valvetrain geometry and performance from idle to redline. Compatible with guide plates and designed to complement COMP Cams camshafts, lifters, and rocker arms for a complete high-performance valvetrain solution.
