COMP Cams 42030508501 Hi-Tech Pushrod 5/16 in. Diameter 8.500 in. Length

The COMP Cams 42030508501 Hi-Tech Pushrods are precision-engineered, high-performance pushrods designed for street performance and race engine applications. Built from seamless chromoly tubing with a 5/16-inch diameter and 8.500-inch length, these pushrods deliver the strength and valvetrain stability demanded by high-revving, high-load engine builds.

Key Features:

• Hi-Tech Series – designed for hardcore street performance and race applications where valvetrain integrity is critical
• Seamless chromoly construction – one-piece design from .080-inch wall chromoly tubing for maximum strength and durability
• Precision-formed ends – engineered to provide added thickness in the critical tip area while maintaining constant wall thickness and concentricity
• Heat-treated – ensures compatibility with guide plates and maximizes long-term strength
• OD-ground for consistency – black oxide finish with length and part number laser-etched on the OD for easy identification
• 5/16 in. diameter – suits a wide range of V8 engine applications
• 8.500 in. overall length

COMP Cams Hi-Tech Pushrods are engineered with the understanding that pushrod frequency must be matched to the rest of the valvetrain components and the engine's operating RPM range. Whether building a high-output street engine or a dedicated race powerplant, these pushrods deliver the precision and durability required for reliable, consistent performance.
