COMP Cams 42030503301 Chrome Moly Pushrods 5/16 Diameter

The COMP Cams 42030503301 pushrods are high-performance chrome moly steel pushrods engineered for demanding engine builds. Designed as part of COMP Cams' CCA pushrod lineup, these rods deliver superior strength, precise wall thickness, and consistent geometry to maintain valvetrain stability under high-RPM and high-lift camshaft applications.

Key Features:

• Chrome moly steel construction for maximum strength and durability over cast or mild steel alternatives
• 5/16-inch diameter for compatibility with standard small-block and select big-block pushrod guideplate configurations
• Precision-ground ball and cup ends for accurate tip-to-tip geometry and reduced wear on rocker arms and lifters
• Heat-treated for resistance to bending under high spring pressure and aggressive cam profiles
• Consistent wall thickness ensures uniform oil passage flow for proper upper valvetrain lubrication
• Designed for use with COMP Cams camshafts, lifters, and rocker arm systems

COMP Cams pushrods are a critical link in the valvetrain system. Upgrading to chrome moly pushrods is strongly recommended when installing performance camshafts, increased valve spring pressures, or high-ratio rocker arms. These pushrods are built to COMP Cams' exacting tolerances and are designed to complement their full range of valvetrain components.
