Manley 11940-8 Titanium Intake Valve Kit Big Block GM

The Manley 11940-8 is a titanium intake valve kit designed for Big Block General Motors engines, featuring a 2.325-inch head diameter, 0.3415-inch stem diameter, and 5.500-inch overall length. This premium performance valve set includes 8 valves and is engineered for high-performance and racing applications where weight reduction and extreme durability are critical.

Key Features:

• One-piece forged construction with grain flow for maximum durability and elimination of potential weak points
• Reduces valve train weight to improve engine efficiency, throttle response, and overall performance
• Tailored for high-RPM and extended high-RPM applications with compatibility for aggressive camshaft profiles
• Precision machined in state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders for exacting tolerances
• Premium titanium alloys selected for optimal balance of hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at operating temperatures
• Micro-polished jewel-like surface finish eliminates stress risers and increases fatigue strength

These valves do not include a hard tip, and tip protection is required. Each valve undergoes rigorous quality control and final inspection to ensure it meets the critical tolerances required for professional racing and high-performance street applications.
