Manley 12218HBC-8 Titanium Intake Valve 2.200" Head .2754" Stem

The Manley 12218HBC-8 titanium intake valve set represents the pinnacle of high-performance engine valvetrain technology. Designed for serious racing applications where weight reduction and durability are critical, these valves feature forged one-piece titanium construction with natural grain flow throughout the entire valve—not a head welded to a stem.

Key Specifications:

• 2.200" head diameter for improved airflow
• .2754" (7mm) stem diameter
• Forged one-piece titanium construction
• Micro-polished jewel-like surface finish
• Significantly lighter than stainless steel alternatives
• Superior strength-to-weight ratio

Performance Benefits:

• Reduced reciprocating mass allows higher RPM operation
• Decreased valvetrain stress and reduced spring pressure requirements
• Enhanced durability in extreme racing conditions
• Swirl-polished under-head area for optimized flow characteristics

Manley titanium valves are engineered for professional racing applications including drag racing, circle track, and high-RPM street performance engines. The 7mm stem diameter requires appropriate valve guides and locks—use Manley Bead Loc keeper grooves and compatible valve locks for proper installation. These valves are designed for race and off-road use only.
