Manley 11425TB-8 Titanium Exhaust Valves 1.600" Head Bead Loc +.100

Designed for small block Chrysler, Ford, and GM performance and racing engines, these valves are a lightweight, high-strength alternative to conventional stainless steel valves.

Key Features:

• Head Diameter: 1.600 in.
• Stem Diameter: 0.3415 in.
• Length: +.100 in. longer than stock height
• Bead Loc® Keeper Groove — Bead Loc® valve locks are required
• One-piece forged titanium construction with grain flow for superior strength — not a head welded to a stem
• Micro-polished surface finish eliminates stress risers and increases fatigue strength
• Machined in CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders to exacting tolerances
• Premium titanium alloy provides an optimal balance of hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at elevated temperatures
• Inserted hardened tip for durability
• Rigorous final inspection ensures tight tolerances and consistent quality

Important Installation Note: Manley strongly recommends that all valve guides be checked and correctly sized to match the Manley valve stem diameter to achieve proper clearances before installation.

Manley titanium valves are the preferred choice for high-RPM naturally aspirated, forced induction, and nitrous-fed racing applications where reducing valvetrain weight and maximizing engine efficiency are critical.
