Manley 11991HTB-8 All Pro Titanium Exhaust Valve Set 1.600" Head Diameter

The "HTB" designation indicates these valves include a higher hardness inserted tip for improved wear resistance and Bead Loc® keeper grooves, which require Bead Loc® valve locks for proper retention.

Key Features:

• 1.600" Head Diameter – sized for All Pro cylinder head applications
• Higher Hardness Tip – inserted hard tip for superior wear resistance at the valve stem contact point
• Bead Loc® Keeper Groove – engineered groove design for secure retainer lock engagement (Bead Loc® locks required)
• One-Piece Forged Titanium Construction – grain-flow forged design, not a head welded to a stem, for maximum structural integrity
• Micro-Polished Finish – jewel-like surface finish eliminates stress risers and increases fatigue strength
• Premium Titanium Alloy – optimized balance of hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at elevated temperatures
• CNC Machined to Tight Tolerances – precision machined in state-of-the-art turning centers and stem grinders

Manley titanium exhaust valves are the preferred choice for drag racing, road racing, and high-performance street applications where reduced valvetrain mass enables quicker valve action, higher RPM capability, and compatibility with aggressive camshaft profiles. Each valve undergoes a stringent final inspection to ensure uncompromising quality and reliability.
