Manley 11980HTBC-8 Titanium Intake Valves 2.230 SBC All Pro

The Manley 11980HTBC-8 titanium intake valves are engineered for high-performance and racing applications requiring maximum strength with minimum weight. Designed for Small Block Chevy engines, these All Pro series valves feature a 2.230-inch head diameter with .3110-inch stem diameter and Bead Loc groove compatibility.

Construction and Manufacturing:

• One-piece forged titanium construction with grain flow—not a head welded to a stem
• Micro-polished surface finish that eliminates stress risers and increases fatigue strength
• Machined on state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders to exacting tolerances
• Premium titanium alloy optimized for intake valve temperatures and stress levels

Performance Benefits:

• Significantly reduced valvetrain weight improves throttle response and RPM capability
• Ideal for high-RPM and extended high-RPM applications
• Compatible with aggressive camshaft profiles requiring higher engine speeds
• Superior strength-to-weight ratio compared to stainless steel alternatives

Each Manley titanium valve undergoes rigorous final inspection and strict quality control to ensure delivery within tight tolerances. Designed for serious racers and performance enthusiasts who demand the best in valvetrain components.
