Manley 11472HTBC-8 Titanium Intake Valve Set 2.080in Head 0.311in Stem Back Cut

Featuring a 2.080-inch head diameter and a 0.3110-inch stem diameter, these valves are machined to exacting tolerances and built to withstand the demands of high-rpm racing and performance street use.

Key Features:

• Head Diameter: 2.080 in.
• Stem Diameter: 0.3110 in.
• Overall Length: 5.140 in. (0.200 in. longer than stock)
• Tip Length: 0.290 in.
• Underhead Angle: 10° x 3/8 in.
• Seat Cut: 0.060 in. / 45° primary with 0.080 in. / 30° back cut (BC)
• Undercut Stem: 0.080 in.
• Material: Higher Hardness (HT) titanium alloy with inserted hard tip
• Weight: 81 grams each

These valves are constructed using one-piece forged titanium with grain flow throughout — not a head welded to a stem — maximizing structural integrity and fatigue resistance. The higher hardness (HT) titanium alloy provides an optimal balance of mechanical properties, ductility, and fatigue strength for sustained high-rpm operation. Each valve is micro-polished to a precision surface finish for superior sealing.

The "BC" designation indicates a 30-degree back cut on the seat contact area, which improves airflow across the valve face and enhances cylinder filling efficiency. Manley strongly recommends verifying and correctly sizing all valve guides to match the 0.3110-inch stem diameter prior to installation.
