Built from a higher-hardness titanium alloy without inserted hard tips, these valves deliver the ultimate combination of light weight and structural integrity required for extreme drag racing environments.

These valves feature a 2.480" head diameter, 0.3415" stem diameter, and a 6.400" overall length, paired with a Bead Loc® keeper groove for maximum retainer security at high RPM. A CrN (chromium nitride) seat coating is applied directly to the valve head to dramatically improve wear resistance and seating durability under repeated high-load valve events. The multi-angle back-cut geometry — including a 0.050" x 44° primary back cut and a 0.060" x 32° secondary back cut — optimizes airflow across the valve head for peak volumetric efficiency.

Manley titanium valves are produced using one-piece forged construction with grain flow running through the entire valve — not a head welded to a stem — which eliminates potential weak points under race conditions. Each valve is precision-machined in state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders to exacting tolerances, and every unit must pass Manley's rigorous final inspection process before leaving the facility. Manley utilizes premium titanium alloys selected for the optimal balance of mechanical properties, hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at operating temperatures found in high-output racing engines.

Note: Bead Loc® valve locks are required for use with these valves. Valve guide sizing should be verified and machined as necessary to achieve proper stem-to-guide clearance for the 0.3415" stem diameter.
