Supertech Performance SIVN-1045D Sodium-Filled Intake Valve

The Supertech Performance SIVN-1045D is a high-performance sodium-filled intake valve engineered for demanding motorsport and high-performance street engine applications. Sodium-filled valves are constructed with a hollow stem partially filled with metallic sodium, which acts as a heat-transfer medium to rapidly move heat away from the valve head and into the valve guide and cooling system — a critical advantage in forced-induction, high-RPM, and high-compression builds.

Key Features:

• Sodium-Filled Stem: Dramatically improves heat dissipation from the valve head, reducing the risk of valve float, burning, and seat wear under extreme thermal loads
• One-Piece Forged Construction: Manufactured from high-grade stainless steel for superior strength and durability compared to OEM valves
• Precision Ground: Tight dimensional tolerances ensure proper sealing and optimized airflow for maximum power output
• Performance Coating: Hard chrome or DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) stem coating options reduce friction and wear against valve guides
• Race-Proven Design: Trusted by professional engine builders for turbocharged, supercharged, and naturally aspirated competition engines
• Direct Replacement Form Factor: Engineered to match OEM specifications for straightforward installation in modified or race-prep cylinder heads

Supertech Performance valves are a benchmark choice among engine builders seeking reliable valvetrain components that perform beyond the limits of stock hardware. The SIVN-1045D is ideal for any builder looking to upgrade intake valves in a high-performance application where heat management and durability are top priorities.
