Product Details

These high-performance valves are constructed from Inconel/Nimonic alloy and offer a significant reduction in valve head temperatures required for modern turbo engines, while improving material strength and durability to allow tuners more flexibility with spark timing advances.

Key Specifications:

  • Head diameter: 28.00mm (standard size)
  • Stem diameter: 5.45mm
  • Length: 104.60mm
  • Material: Inconel with sodium filling
  • Groove type: Single groove
  • Quantity: 8 exhaust valves

Performance Benefits:

  • Superior heat dissipation through sodium-filled core technology
  • Average weight reduction of 10% compared to stock valves
  • Enhanced durability under high-temperature turbocharged conditions
  • One-piece forged construction for maximum strength
  • Designed specifically for racing and high-performance applications

These exhaust valves are ideal for engine rebuilds, performance upgrades, and motorsport applications where reliability under extreme conditions is critical. Supertech recommends pairing these valves with upgraded valve springs and stem seals for optimal performance.

Purchased a Dometic 16K AC retrofit unit to replace one that died after 20 years. Price for unit was comparable to other sites, and these other sites did not have the product in stock. Other sites were not specific on when part would be available. Boatplicity offered the best price for available stock. Part arrived as promised and delivery was on time. Arrived in excellent condition due to careful shipping packaging. AC unit has been installed and appears to be working well. Thanks for your assistance. Will use your site again for future purchases.
