The Manley 25791-16 is a high-performance pushrod designed for demanding street and racing applications. Constructed from 4130 chromoly steel, this one-piece pushrod delivers the strength and durability needed for high spring pressures and elevated RPM operation.

  • 5/16" diameter with .080" wall thickness for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
  • 9.150" overall length for precise valvetrain geometry
  • Meticulously formed swedged ends with exact radii for proper rocker arm contact
  • Heat-treated 4130 chromoly steel construction

  • Excellent concentricity with closely controlled length tolerances

Manley 4130 chromoly pushrods are engineered for hot street, bracket racing, oval track, and other high-performance engine builds. Proper pushrod length is critical for keeping rockers centered on valve tips and minimizing stem and guide wear.
