Manley 11490TB-8 Titanium Intake Valve Set 2.250" Head Diameter +.100 BBC

Featuring a 2.250" head diameter and a .3415" stem diameter, these valves are .100" longer than stock height, making them ideal for engine builds requiring additional lift or deck height compensation. They are compatible with Bead Loc® keeper grooves, and Bead Loc® valve locks are required for proper installation.

Key Features:

• One-Piece Forged Titanium Construction — grain flows through the entire valve body; no head welded to a stem
• 2.250" Head Diameter with .3415" Stem Diameter
• +.100" Over Stock Length for applications requiring extended valve height
• Micro-Polished Finish — eliminates stress risers and increases fatigue strength
• CNC Machined to exacting tolerances in state-of-the-art turning centers and valve stem grinders
• Premium Titanium Alloy — engineered for the ideal balance of hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength
• Higher Hardness Tip for improved durability under high-load valvetrain conditions
• Bead Loc® Groove — compatible with Bead Loc® valve locks (required)
• Rigorous final inspection for uncompromising quality and reliability

Important Note: Manley strongly recommends that all valve guides be checked and correctly sized to match Manley's stem diameter specifications to achieve proper clearances. This is a special-order, non-stock item and is non-returnable.

Manley Performance titanium valves are the preferred choice for drag racing, road racing, and high-performance street builds where reduced valvetrain mass translates directly to quicker valve action, higher RPM potential, and increased throttle response.
