Product Details

The Manley 11940B-8 is a premium titanium intake valve kit designed for high-performance and racing applications. The "B" designation indicates a Bead Loc keeper groove design for enhanced retention security in extreme RPM applications.

Key Features:

  • One-piece forged titanium construction with grain flow for maximum strength and durability
  • Micro-polished jewel-like surface finish that eliminates stress risers and increases fatigue strength
  • Precision machined in state-of-the-art CNC turning centers to exacting tolerances
  • Premium titanium alloy provides optimal balance of mechanical properties, hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength
  • Significantly reduces valvetrain weight for improved high-RPM performance and throttle response
  • Bead Loc keeper groove design provides superior valve retention at extreme engine speeds
  • .250" longer overall length allows for increased valve lift and aggressive camshaft profiles

Manley titanium valves are ideal for drag racing, road racing, and serious high-performance street applications where reduced reciprocating mass and superior strength are critical. Each valve undergoes rigorous quality control inspection to ensure consistent performance and reliability. Compatible with Big Block Chevrolet and other applications requiring 2.325" intake valves with .3415" stems.
