The Zone Offroad C49 3" Adventure Series Suspension Lift Kit delivers next-level off-road performance for 2020-2025 Chevrolet/GMC Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 4WD trucks. This comprehensive system bridges the gap between entry-level leveling kits and full IFS lift systems, offering enhanced suspension travel and capability without extensive installation complexity.

Heavy-Duty Upper Control Arms:

At the heart of this kit is a pair of heavy-duty replacement upper control arms (UCAs) engineered for improved range of motion and more suspension travel in rough terrain. These robust control arms are built from high-strength steel, fully boxed and welded with CNC-machined bushing and ball joint cups. The indexed ball joint cups are repositioned to operate in the neutral position at 3" of lift, correcting operating angles for optimal suspension geometry. They feature OE durometer rubber bushings and greaseable OE-style heavy-duty ball joints for quiet, reliable operation and superior corrosion resistance.

Complete Front Lift System:

• Reindexed cast steel torsion bar keys provide additional ride height while maximizing ground clearance
• Front differential relocation brackets (4WD models) correct CV axle operating angles without affecting ground clearance
• Sway bar relocation brackets maintain proper operating angle and allow full suspension droop
• Maintains factory ride quality and handling characteristics

Rear Lift Components:

• 2" lift blocks and heavy-duty u-bolts create a level to slightly tail-high stance
