Supertech Performance AIVN-1206S-24 Black Nitrided Intake Valve Set +1mm Oversize Audi 4.2L V8

These precision-engineered valves feature a +1mm oversize design with a 27.90mm head diameter, providing enhanced airflow and performance for high-output street and racing applications.

Key Features:

• Forged from enhanced EV8 (21-4N) stainless steel alloy for exceptional strength and durability
• Black nitride coating provides harder surfaces, smoother finishes, and reduced friction for extended valve life
• +1mm oversize head diameter (27.90mm) for improved airflow in ported cylinder heads
• Single groove design restricts valve rotation and extends stem life compared to factory triple groove design
• Precise specifications: 5.96mm stem diameter, 96.55mm overall length, 4.5mm tip diameter
• CNC-finished to strict tolerances for demanding race and performance applications

Supertech Performance combines over 30 years of racing experience with state-of-the-art manufacturing processes to deliver valves engineered for high RPM, high horsepower, and forced induction applications. The black nitride treatment increases microhardness while maintaining ductility, reduces valve-to-guide friction, and provides superior durability with lead-free fuels, alcohol, and other performance fuel mixtures. Requires matching single groove valve keepers (sold separately).
