Product Details

The Rancho RS999806 RS9000XL suspension strut delivers premium control and performance with its industry-first nine-position manually adjustable damping system. Designed for stock or lifted trucks, SUVs, and Jeeps, this strut provides unprecedented flexibility for on-road comfort, off-road capability, towing, and hauling applications.

Key Features:

  • Nine-position easy-to-adjust knob allows on-the-fly tuning in less than 60 seconds while mounted on the vehicle
  • 2.75-inch tri-tube body design for increased fluid capacity and cooler operation
  • Nitrogen gas pressurized to 100 PSI to minimize fade and foaming
  • Application-specific nitro-carburized piston rod resists scuffs and corrosion
  • Sintered iron piston for enhanced structural integrity and durability
  • Double-welded loops at stress areas for superior strength
  • Polyurethane bushings and protective boot included for extended service life
  • Premium liquid metallic finish for long-lasting appearance

Specifications:

  • Collapsed Length: 21.81 inches
  • Extended Length: 26.28 inches
  • Travel: 4.5 inches
  • Body Diameter: 2.75 inches
  • Upper Mount: Stud
  • Lower Mount: Eyelet

The adjustable damping ranges from positions 1-3 (similar to OE ride) through 4-6 (slightly firmer) up to 7-9 (ideal for towing and heavy loads). This versatility makes the RS999806 perfect for drivers who need to adapt their vehicle's ride characteristics to changing conditions. Backed by Rancho's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Arrived in 2 days very fast, thank you!!

A piece I ordered arrived broken (in transit from rough handling by UPS). I called customer service and a replacement part was at my door THE VERY NEXT DAY !!! I didn't think that rapid of a response was even possible. You have the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with. Your price and shipping on what I purchased was also good. 5 or more stars on my entire experience. Sincerely, Chuck Johnson

For the over-the-winter garage storage of my 911, the Rail Ramps Flatstopper product has eliminated the need to move the car over the winter in order to avoid the tires developing flat spots.
