BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 Off-Road Tire

The BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 is BFGoodrich's toughest all-terrain tire, purpose-built for truck, SUV, and Jeep drivers who demand serious off-road capability without sacrificing everyday on-road usability. Rooted in BFGoodrich's race-proven Baja T/A KR2 heritage, the KO2 delivers a proven combination of sidewall protection, all-surface traction, and long-term tread durability — all backed by a 50,000-mile treadwear warranty and a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

Advanced Durability Technology:

• CoreGard Technology: Derived from BFGoodrich's Baja race program, CoreGard features split and bruise-resistant sidewall rubber with increased thickness and an Advanced Deflection Design that redirects protruding objects away from the sidewall to prevent splitting and failure
• Heavy-Duty Shoulder Construction: Thicker, extended shoulder rubber guards the critical upper sidewall zone against punctures and abrasions encountered on rugged terrain
• Stone Ejectors: Raised tread bars actively expel stones lodged in grooves, protecting the tire casing from retention damage during off-road use
• TriGard Internal Construction: Twin steel belts built on BFGoodrich's TriGard foundation deliver the structural strength and load-handling capacity required for demanding truck and SUV applications

Off-Road Performance Features:

• Mud-Phobic Bars: Specialized shoulder elements release compacted mud to maintain continuous forward traction in wet, muddy conditions
• Serrated Shoulder Design: Enhances bite and grip on soft soil and loose terrain in low-traction off-road situations
• Side Biter Lugs: Extended side lugs deliver exceptional grip in deep mud, loose gravel, and off-camber situations, especially during aired-down off-road driving
• Locking 3D Sipes: Interlocking sipe geometry maximizes traction on snow and ice while stabilizing tread blocks for responsive on-pavement handling

On-Road Comfort and Long-Term Wear:

• Optimized Contact Patch: Advanced footprint geometry distributes pressure evenly across the tread for improved wear uniformity and extended tread life
• Computer-Optimized Tread Pattern: High-void all-terrain pattern with interlocking tread blocks and innovative siping delivers all-surface traction without generating excessive road noise
• Cut and Chip-Resistant Compound: Specially formulated tread rubber resists chipping and tearing for superior endurance across both rugged off-road and everyday on-road use

Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) Certified: Most KO2 sizes meet the required performance criteria for severe snow conditions, earning the 3PMSF rating and making the KO2 a true year-round all-terrain solution. Select "DT"-designated sizes are engineered for heavy-duty, high-torque applications and feature enhanced cut-and-chip resistance, but do not carry the 3PMSF rating.

All BFGoodrich tires are covered by a Standard Manufacturer's Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the original usable tread or six years from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. With a motorsports legacy spanning multiple Baja 1000 victories and over 150 years of tire innovation, BFGoodrich engineers race-tested performance into every KO2 — making it one of the most trusted all-terrain tire lines available for trucks, SUVs, and Jeeps.
