The BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 in size 225/75R16 with a 115/112S service description is an all-terrain tire built for on-road and off-road driving. BFGoodrich describes it as its toughest all-terrain tire ever.

Key Features:

  • Tougher sidewalls: CoreGard Technology uses split- and bruise-resistant sidewall rubber derived from the Baja T/A KR2 race tire. Thicker, extended shoulder rubber protects more of the critical sidewall failure zone, and an advanced deflection design helps keep protruding objects from snagging and splitting the sidewall.
  • Longer tread life on and off road: Specially formulated tread rubber is blended to reduce chipping and tearing on gravel roads. An advanced footprint shape distributes stress more evenly for more uniform wear, and the interlocking tread design adds tread block stability.
  • Stone ejectors: Help reject stone retention and give extra tread cleanout protection against stone drilling.
  • Aggressive all-terrain traction: Exceeds Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) severe snow traction requirements and carries the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake marking.
  • Upper sidewall traction bars: Protruding sidewall rubber blocks add mud, snow and rock traction, especially when aired down.
  • Mud-phobic bars: Raised bars in the shoulder tread area help release compacted mud for traction in muddy and soft soil.
  • Serrated shoulder design: Staggered shoulder blocks improve maneuverability in soft soil and deep snow.
  • Locking 3-D sipes: Active 3-D sipe technology provides more biting edges for increased snow traction.

A tough, traction-focused all-terrain tire for drivers who split their time between pavement, gravel, mud and snow.
