Supertech Performance TEVI-1016-12 Inconel Exhaust Valve Set +1mm Oversize Toyota 2JZ 30mm Head

These valves feature a +1mm oversized head diameter for improved airflow and performance in built engines.

Key Specifications:

• Head Diameter: 30.00mm (+1.0mm oversize)
• Stem Diameter: 5.97mm
• Overall Length: 99.10mm
• Material: Inconel (nickel-based superalloy)
• Valve Type: Exhaust
• Single groove stem design

Performance Benefits:

• Inconel construction provides superior heat resistance for turbocharged and high-performance applications
• Nickel-based alloy offers excellent temperature distribution, lowering overall cylinder head temperatures
• Oversized valve head increases airflow capacity at lower valve lifts
• Forged one-piece construction ensures maximum strength and durability
• Engineered for high RPM racing and extreme exhaust gas temperatures

Oversized valves require proper cylinder head preparation. The valve seats must be machined to accommodate the larger 30mm head diameter. These are not direct drop-in replacements for stock valves. Professional installation and proper machining is required. It is recommended to pair these valves with upgraded valve springs, retainers, and valve stem seals for optimal performance and reliability.

Ideal for engine builders seeking maximum performance from Toyota 2JZ engines in drag racing, road racing, drift, and high-boost street applications.
