Supertech Performance SIVN-1010-8 Black Nitrided Intake Valve Set (8 Valves)

These racing-grade valves are manufactured from one piece of forged stainless steel 21-4N (EV8) material, delivering exceptional strength and durability for demanding motorsport applications including drag racing, rally, and road racing.

Key Specifications:

• Head Diameter: 36.00mm (standard size)
• Stem Diameter: 5.96mm
• Overall Length: 104.35mm (standard)
• Material: Enhanced EV8 (21-4N) stainless steel with black nitride coating
• Groove Type: Single groove design

Black Nitride Coating Benefits:

• Harder surface for improved wear resistance
• Smoother finish reduces friction for extended valve life
• Enhanced thermal stability for high-performance applications
• Superior corrosion resistance compared to untreated valves

Supertech valves undergo a specialized heat treatment process to achieve optimal hardness characteristics. The black nitride treatment provides a harder, smoother surface that significantly reduces friction and prolongs valve life in high-stress racing environments. These valves are designed as direct replacements for OEM components while offering superior performance characteristics for built engines and forced induction applications.
