Supertech Performance SEVI-1050-2-8 Inconel Exhaust Valve

Constructed from Inconel/Nimonic alloy, these exhaust valves are designed to withstand the extreme temperatures and demands of modern turbocharged engines.

Key Features:

• Inconel/Nimonic alloy construction for superior heat resistance
• Sodium-filled design significantly reduces valve head temperatures
• One-piece forged construction for maximum strength and reliability
• Approximately 10% lighter than standard valves for improved valvetrain dynamics
• Superfinished valve stem with surface roughness about 1/3 of standard valves
• Single groove design with undercut stem
• Non-magnetic construction with hardened magnetic friction welded wafer (52 HRC minimum)
• Back-cut angle for improved flow characteristics

Performance Benefits:

• Cooler valve operating temperatures improve material strength and durability
• Allows tuners greater flexibility with spark timing advances
• Reduced valve weight decreases valvetrain inertia for higher RPM capability
• Enhanced airflow from precision back-cut valve design
• Extended service life in high-boost applications

Each valve undergoes a rigorous multi-step manufacturing process including CNC machining, heat treatment, stress relieving, and nitride hardening, followed by final grinding and Supertech's patented superfinishing process to ensure precise dimensions and eliminate imperfections.
