Supertech Performance NIVN-1009-8 Black Nitride Intake Valve Set for Nissan KA24DE

Manufactured from one-piece forged stainless steel 21-4N alloy, these valves deliver exceptional strength and durability for both street and performance applications.

Key Features:

• 37.10mm head diameter (+0.5mm oversize) for improved airflow
• 101.32mm valve length with 6.97mm stem diameter
• Black nitride coating provides superior wear resistance and reduced friction
• Single groove design with back-cut for enhanced flow characteristics
• Forged one-piece stainless steel 21-4N construction
• Swirl polished finish for smooth operation

Supertech valves undergo a specialized heat treatment process to achieve optimal hardness levels for each specific engine application. The black nitride surface treatment creates a microhardness exceeding 800HV while maintaining excellent ductility beneath the hardened layer. This coating produces a smoother surface finish than traditional chrome-plated valves, resulting in less friction between the valve stem and guide for improved performance and longevity.

Ideal for engine rebuilds, cylinder head refreshes, or replacing damaged valves in performance builds. Each valve is precision-manufactured to exacting tolerances to ensure proper sealing and reliable operation under demanding conditions.
