Supertech Performance NEVI-1005/7-8 Intake Valve

These valves feature a 30.15mm standard head diameter, 6.94mm DET stem diameter, and 102.40mm overall length.

Advanced Inconel Construction:

• Inconel nickel-base alloy material is engineered for exhaust valves in engines reaching very high temperatures, with growing applications in turbocharged and supercharged engines
• Sodium-filled design offers significant reduction in valve head temperatures required for modern turbo engines, improving material strength and durability while allowing wider spark timing advance flexibility
• Average weight reduction of 10% compared to standard valves

Manufacturing Process:

• Production begins with one-piece forging, where the valve head is forged under a slow two-step process to maintain proper material grain flow
• CNC machined in multiple steps to ensure precision of final dimensions
• Heat treatment for stress relieving followed by nitride hardening treatment
• Final grinding followed by patented Superfinishing process ensures each valve is free of imperfections with precise dimensions

Supertech applies over 30 years of racing valve development experience combined with state-of-the-art equipment including ultrasonic testing, x-rays, laser measurement, and computerized finite element analysis.
