Supertech Performance MAEVI-2304-8 Inconel Exhaust Valves +1mm Oversize for Mazda/Ford Duratec 2.0L/2.3L

These valves feature a +1mm oversize design with a 31mm head diameter, making them ideal for performance builds and engine rebuilds requiring oversized valve guides.

Advanced Inconel/Nimonic Construction:

• Sodium-filled design significantly reduces valve head temperatures in high-heat turbocharged applications
• Inconel/Nimonic alloy construction provides superior heat resistance and durability
• One-piece forging process maintains optimal material grain flow for maximum strength
• Approximately 10% lighter than stock valves for reduced valvetrain mass
• Cooler operating temperatures allow for more aggressive spark timing advances

Performance Benefits:

• Enhanced material strength and longevity through improved thermal management
• Precision machined seat geometry for optimal sealing and combustion efficiency
• Specially heat-treated for extreme performance applications
• Reduced reciprocating weight improves engine response and rev capability

Each set includes eight exhaust valves, providing everything needed for a complete cylinder head build. These oversized valves are designed for engines with valve guide wear or for performance applications requiring increased valve guide clearance. Supertech Performance valves are manufactured to exacting tolerances and represent a significant upgrade for naturally aspirated and forced induction Duratec engine builds.
