Supertech Performance GIVN-0012S-8 Black Nitride Intake Valve Set +0.5mm Oversize GM Ecotec

These high-performance intake valves are manufactured from enhanced EV8 (21-4N) steel, the highest grade available, providing exceptional strength to withstand demanding applications including turbocharged, high-revving, and high-horsepower builds.

Key Features:

• Material: Enhanced EV8 (21-4N) stainless steel for superior durability
• Finish: Black nitride coating for reduced friction and extended service life
• Size: 0.5mm oversize valve head diameter (35.60mm head diameter)
• Valve stem: Single groove radial-style design
• Dimensions: 5.96mm stem diameter, 102mm overall length
• Set includes: 8 intake valves

These valves are forged from one piece of stainless steel for ultimate strength and durability. The single groove valve stem design provides enhanced valve stem protection and extends valve life by restricting valve rotation, preventing accelerated wear caused by factory triple groove designs. The black nitride coating creates a harder, smoother surface finish that reduces friction between the stem and guide for improved longevity.

Important Installation Notes:

• Oversize valve heads require machining of valve seats to accommodate the larger diameter
• Single groove valves require matching single groove valve keepers (not included)
• Professional installation recommended

Ideal for engine builders and performance enthusiasts looking to upgrade their GM Ecotec engine's valvetrain for racing, drag, road course, or high-performance street applications.
