Product Details

The Manley 23670TM-16 is a premium Tensile Max valve spring retainer engineered for high-performance and racing applications. Manufactured from Manley's proprietary TensileMax ultra-high strength steel (UHSS), this retainer is designed to withstand extreme valvetrain loads while maintaining reliability at high RPM.

Key Features:

  • Super 7 degree lock angle design for optimal valve lock engagement
  • 1.550 inch spring outside diameter compatibility
  • TensileMax UHSS construction for maximum strength and durability
  • Precision machined in Manley's CNC facilities for exacting tolerances
  • Ideal for dual valve spring setups with aggressive camshaft profiles

Manley's TensileMax retainers offer a cost-effective alternative to titanium retainers while providing exceptional strength characteristics. These retainers are commonly used in NASCAR, drag racing, and other professional motorsports applications where valvetrain reliability is critical. Compatible with Manley valve springs including part numbers 22431, 22440, and 22441.
