The Manley 11758-8 Severe Duty intake valves are engineered for high-performance small block Chevy applications including bracket racing, oval track, and street performance engines. These valves feature a 2.150-inch head diameter with an 11/32-inch (0.3415-inch) stem diameter and an overall length of 5.340 inches, which is 0.400 inches longer than stock height for improved airflow and performance.

Premium NK-844 Stainless Steel Construction:

• Made from NK-844 stainless steel material with over four times the ultimate tensile strength of competitors' intake valve materials at 1000°F
• Chrome-plated stems for reduced wear and enhanced durability
• Hardened valve tips to withstand high-stress valvetrain operation
• Swirl-polished underhead areas and fully machined combustion faces for optimized airflow

Proven Performance and Reliability:

Manley Severe Duty valves have undergone rigorous fatigue testing, demonstrating exceptional durability under extreme conditions. These valves are designed to handle 20,000 to 25,000 lbs of applied stress during normal operation and up to 40,000 to 60,000 lbs when valves bounce on the seat. Manley valves tested at 40,000 psi and 1400°F have endured up to 100 million cycles, showcasing dramatically superior fatigue life compared to competitors.

Set includes 8 intake valves. Ideal for small block Chevy engines requiring enhanced valve performance and reliability in demanding applications.
