Supertech Performance NIVN-1032-L Black Nitrided Intake Valve +1mm Oversize Extended Tip

The Supertech Performance NIVN-1032-L is a high-performance black nitrided intake valve designed for Nissan RB26DETT engines found in Skyline GT-R models. This valve features a +1mm oversized head diameter and an extended length tip specifically designed for use with reground camshafts.

Key Specifications:

• Head Diameter: 35.65mm (+1.0mm oversize)
• Stem Diameter: 5.97mm
• Overall Length: 103.8mm (extended tip +1.5mm)
• Material: EV8 (21-4N) stainless steel with black nitride coating
• Groove Type: Single groove
• Valve Type: Intake

Advanced Black Nitride Coating Benefits:

• Forged from a single piece of high-grade 21-4N stainless steel for maximum strength and durability
• Black nitride layer provides microhardness of 800HV minimum while maintaining ductility
• Superior valve seat surface hardness for extended life with lead-free fuels, alcohol, and nitrous applications
• Reduced valve-to-guide friction for decreased power loss at high RPM
• Enhanced heat dissipation properties for improved valve longevity
• Nitride coating applied to entire valve (unlike chrome coating which only covers the stem)
• Coating adheres at microscopic level and won't flake or break during piston contact

This longer valve is specifically engineered for performance builds using reground camshafts, providing the additional length necessary for proper valve train geometry. Compatible with all seat materials including nodular iron, powder metal, hard aluminum-copper, and beryllium copper seats.
