Manley 11924-8 Titanium Intake Valves for Pontiac Pro Stock & Dart Big Chief

The Manley 11924-8 titanium intake valves are engineered for extreme performance applications, specifically designed for Pontiac Pro Stock and Dart Big Chief cylinder heads. These premium racing valves deliver exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and durability demanded by high-rpm competition engines.

Key Features:

• Forged one-piece construction with grain flow (not welded head to stem)
• Micro-polished jewel-like surface finish eliminates stress risers
• 2.450" head diameter for maximum airflow
• .3415" (11/32") stem diameter for optimal valve guide compatibility
• 6.600" overall length at stock installed height
• Lightweight titanium construction reduces valvetrain mass
• Conventional square keeper groove design

Manley's titanium valves are manufactured from premium-grade titanium alloy using advanced forging techniques that maintain optimal grain flow throughout the valve structure. The micro-polishing process creates an ultra-smooth finish that increases fatigue strength and reliability under extreme racing conditions. Each valve is precision-machined and undergoes rigorous quality control inspection to ensure critical tolerances are maintained for consistent performance.
