Supertech Performance HEVI-1000-HS-6 Sodium Filled Inconel Exhaust Valve - 28mm

The Supertech Performance HEVI-1000-HS-6 is a high-performance sodium-filled exhaust valve constructed from premium Inconel 751/Nimonic alloy. Designed for demanding applications including turbocharged and supercharged engines, this valve significantly reduces valve head temperatures while improving durability and performance.

Key Specifications:

• Head Diameter: 28.00mm (standard)
• Stem Diameter: 6.00mm sodium-filled with 5.5mm tip
• Overall Length: 102.50mm
• Material: Inconel 751/Nimonic alloy
• Groove Type: Single groove
• Valve Type: Exhaust

Performance Benefits:

• Sodium-filled design provides superior heat dissipation for cooler operating temperatures
• Inconel/Nimonic alloy offers exceptional strength and fatigue resistance at extreme temperatures
• Cooler valve temperatures allow for more aggressive spark timing advances
• Approximately 10% lighter than conventional valves for improved valvetrain performance
• Ideal for high-performance turbo and supercharged applications

Each valve is manufactured using the highest quality materials and engineered specifically for engines that operate at very high temperatures. The sodium-filled hollow stem actively transfers heat away from the valve head, significantly improving thermal management and extending valve life in demanding racing and performance applications.
