The QA1 HFR5 is a precision-engineered H Series female rod end designed for demanding automotive suspension, steering, and chassis applications. Constructed using a traditional three-piece design with alloy/chromoly steel construction, this rod end delivers exceptional durability and performance in high-stress environments.

HF Series precision rod ends feature higher ball-to-race conformity, which creates tighter tolerances, making them ideal for applications where precision and minimal slop are critical. These rod ends are heat treated to maximize strength and longevity under severe operating conditions.

  • Ball constructed from 52100 bearing steel, heat treated, precision ground, and hard chrome plated
  • Race made from alloy/chromoly steel
  • Body crafted from alloy/chromoly steel, heat treated with protective coating for corrosion resistance
  • 5/16 inch (0.3125 in.) bore diameter with 5/16 inch-24 right-hand female threads
  • 11/32 inch housing width and 0.437 inch ball width

This rod end bearing is commonly used in steering linkages, suspension control arms, and other precision automotive applications where articulation and tight tolerances are required.
