Manley 11966HTB-8 Titanium Intake Valve Set 2.200" GB 2300 Bead Loc Groove

These titanium valves feature forged one-piece construction with grain flow, not a head welded to a stem, and are micro-polished to render a jewel-like surface finish.

Key Features:

• One-piece forged construction with grain flow for enhanced durability and elimination of potential weak points
• Micro-polished finish that eliminates potential stress risers and increases fatigue strength
• Manley Bead Loc single radius keeper groove design
• HT suffix indicates higher hardness material specifically engineered for intake valves
• Inserted hard tips for enhanced wear resistance
• Machined in state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders to exacting tolerances

Manley Performance Titanium Valves are designed for high-performance and racing applications, with lightweight construction that reduces overall valvetrain mass for improved valvetrain performance and RPM potential. Manley utilizes the finest titanium alloys providing the best balance of mechanical properties, hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at the given temperatures. Each valve undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure precise tolerances and reliable performance in demanding racing applications.
