Hyperco 1812B0400 Coil-Over Spring 2.5" ID 12" Length 400 lb Rate

The Hyperco 1812B0400 is a high-performance coil-over spring featuring a 2.50 inch inner diameter, 12 inch free length, and 400 pounds spring rate. Constructed from high tensile chrome silicon steel, this B-Series spring is designed for demanding motorsports applications including circle track racing, sports car racing, street performance, and off-road use.

Key Features:

• Blue powder coat finish for durability and professional appearance
• 2 percent linearity tolerance from 20-60 percent deflection
• 4 percent linearity tolerance from 61-80 percent deflection
• Lighter weight than standard suspension springs
• Superior resistance to bowing compared to conventional springs
• Compatible with all standard coil-over hardware

This spring utilizes Hyperco's optimum body diameter design, which adjusts the body diameter relative to the end coils to optimize applied stress and fully leverage the high tensile material properties. The result is increased deflection capacity, reduced weight, improved rate linearity, and enhanced resistance to bowing. Part of Hyperco's proven B-Series line, this spring maintains consistent free length and rate throughout its operational life, making it ideal for competitive motorsports and high-performance street applications.
