After having trouble completing the payment process through Amazon, I was able to complete my payment information directly on the Autoplicty website and submit the order quickly. The process was easy and fast. They had the best overall price (item plus shipping) I could find on the net. The item was shipped promptly and arrived in great condition. Best price for the particular part I was ordering. Their staff/customer service is very helpful and polite, but unfortunately their shipping times are lacking. Before ordering on Monday, I called to verify the item was in stock, and asked what shipping method I would need to ensure it would arrive before Saturday. I was told 2nd Day Air. I ordered that same day (around 1pm). The package wasn't shipped until Wednesday evening, AFTER I called and inquired a to why it hasn't moved. What really upset me though was that the package ended up being shipped UPS Ground anyways, to arrive here the very next day. Long story short, I shouldn't have had to pay the extra $20+.
