These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

I purchased an extend-a-truck on autoplicity. It was the best price on the Internet. Autoplicity beat amazon by approximately $30. I received a confirmation it shipped the following day.

shopping was easy,prices good,shipping discount appreciated but shipping cost still a killer on savings.

I did receive the parts I ordered in a timely manner. I was not given a confirmation number so I didn't know when to expect my delivery other then that my experience was good.
