Though I was starting to question our decision to order from them after several emails and phone calls and online chats, they came through in the end. These guys earned our second order by honoring the price they had listed and then calling to follow up when our race seat was shipped. SO HAPPY! I have to admit, I was hesitant because I had never heard of autoplicity and there wasn't item a picture up for the Thule T2 rack I bought, but wow am I happy. Autopliicity had it for $100 less than other sites and the shipper was Amazon prime fast!!! Definitely a happy customer!!!!
